Do you have a physical store?
We do not have our own store, but do sell our products through retail partners. See the “Stockists” page for information on physical stores that sell our jewelry.
Where are you located?
L.Marjori has two studios, one in Hoboken, NJ and one in Sedona, AZ, both in the United States.
Who makes your jewelry?
Each piece is meticulously handmade by the owner, Lisa, with help from her partner, Debra. We do not outsource to third party manufacturers, and our pieces are all proudly made in the USA.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love working with customers to realize their desired designs. See our “Custom Orders” page for more information.
What is the difference between Fine Silver and Sterling Silver?
Fine silver is 99.99% pure silver. Sterling Silver is at least 92.5% silver, which is mixed with an alloy (generally copper) to enhance luster, strength, and durability.
What is the difference between precious and semi-precious gemstones?
There are only 4 precious gemstones: diamond, ruby, emerald and sapphire. All other gemstones are semi-precious. This distinction reflects the rarity of the respective stones in ancient times, as well as their quality. However, in current times, a higher-quality semi-precious gemstone can be more valuable (and cost more) than a lower-quality precious gemstone. In our minds, all gemstones are exquisite and cherished equally!
What is the difference between a natural gemstone and a synthetic gemstone?
Natural gemstones are formed deep inside the earth over the course of millions of years. Synthetic gemstones essentially have the same chemical composition, crystal structure, and optical and physical properties of natural gemstones, but are grown in a lab in a few months or years. L.Marjori uses both types of stones, depending on availability and cost, as the metaphysical properties of the stones are the same for both natural and synthetic gemstones.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Silver tarnishes when exposed to salt air, humidity, and perspiration, but can be easily cleaned. Please use care when using lotions, perfume, hairspray, and cosmetics as these can damage your jewelry. It is recommended that you put your jewelry on after applying these personal products.
In addition, it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before performing household and outdoor chores; showering, bathing, or swimming; exercising; and preparing meals.
Storing your jewelry in an airtight container and/or with anti-tarnish tabs will also help prevent discoloration.
How do I clean my jewelry?
We recommend using a silver polish cloth pre-treated with a mild cleaner to clean and shine your silver. We prefer Sunshine Polishing cloths (either the blue or yellow versions). Be careful to avoid rubbing gemstones, as the cleaner could damage softer stones.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices are in USD.
How do I place a custom order?
Please fill out the form on the “Custom Order” page on our website, and we will get back to you to work out the details of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel any non-custom order prior to shipping. Please email email@example.com to request to cancel your order. If your item has been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then request a return.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
L.Marjori wants you to love your new purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, we are here to help.
For returns, please contact us within 30-days of receiving your order. We gladly accept returns on non-custom items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Once your return is received, all items will be carefully examined, and a full refund will be issued for the value of the merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited).
For exchanges, the fastest way to process this is to contact us to return the item you received and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Issues or Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will rectify the situation as soon as humanly possible.
If your item becomes damaged during the course of normal wear, we offer a complimentary repair service. If gemstones need to be replaced, or additional material or silver needs to be added, there will be a fee for the cost of the materials. This service is available for the life of the jewelry.

We ship worldwide from the United States.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Except for the One-of-a-Kind collection, most items are made to order. Please allow 10 days to process your order before shipping. For orders shipped to the USA, all items will be sent USPS priority mail. For international orders, the lowest cost shipping method will be used.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, as we ship worldwide from either Arizona or New Jersey. For orders shipped to addresses in the US, please allow at least 5 business days in addition to the processing time.
I need my order by a specific date, can you help?
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the notes section of your order. A rush charge may be added to the order as well as an upgraded shipping charge, which will be calculated before your order is fulfilled.
Is my package insured or tracked?
You will be provided a tracking number when your order is shipped.
